- Driver will carry valid documents for the vehicle
- Travel is not permitted from Red zone
- Driver will wear mask and carry sanitizer
- Driver will be equipped with hygiene kits
- AC will not be used and Windows will be kept open
- Travellers must wear mask
- Maximum 3 riders for Sedan & 5 riders for SUV
- Cars will be cleaned before and after each trip
- Travellers are responsible for their own luggage
- Flexible cancellations
- Both Cash & Digital mode of transferring payment is accepted
- Driver will use google map for accuracy & customer ease
- Driver will keep first aid box in case of any emergency
